STEP 1

Story-Driven Design

RESEARCH & 3D MODELING

Every Vitalieu lamp begins with a story. For the Pantheon Lamp, we spent months studying the monument’s architectural language - the perfect geometry of its dome, the harmony of proportions, and the way natural light enters through the oculus. Using precision CAD software, we translate these timeless elements into a unified, modern form that captures the essence of the Pantheon without replicating it detail for detail.

STEP 2

Precision Resin Printing

12-16 HOURS PER LAMP

We use advanced resin 3D printing technology to build each lamp shade layer by microscopic layer. This process allows us to achieve the delicate curves and translucency that would be impossible with traditional manufacturing. The resin we use is specially formulated to diffuse light beautifully while remaining durable for years of use.

STEP 3

Artisan Finishing

HAND-FINISHED BY CRAFTSPEOPLE

After printing, each lamp goes through our meticulous finishing process. We wash, cure, and hand-sand every surface to achieve that signature smooth, matte finish. This isn't factory work—it's craftsmanship. Every lamp is touched by human hands, inspected for imperfections, and refined until it meets our exacting standards.

Quality Validation

LIGHT & STRUCTURAL TESTING

Before any lamp leaves our workshop, it undergoes comprehensive testing. We check light diffusion quality, structural integrity, and surface finish. We test with various LED color temperatures to ensure optimal glow. Only lamps that pass every checkpoint earn the Vitalieu name.

The perfect geometry of the dome, the harmony of proportions, and the poetic way light enters through the oculus transform stone into atmosphere. This lamp reimagines those principles in a modern, sculptural form. Rather than replicating the monument, we distilled its essence into something calm and intentional. A form defined by clarity, symmetry, and quiet presence, designed to bring a grounded, peaceful glow into contemporary living spaces.
